    How to pay with Klarna

    Who is Klarna??
    If you opt for postpay via Klarna, it is good to know that you always have to pay the amount to the external company Klarna. Klarna carries out this complete post-payment process for ADIFAH. This means that you will receive an invoice from Klarna to pay for your order.

    Klarna is one of the fastest growing organizations in Europe and a leading alternative payment provider. Klarna's vision is to simplify the buying experience with a simple log-out solution. Customers only need to provide urgent information to complete their purchase.

    The core of Klarna's service is the concept of 'payment after delivery', the possibility to buy something before you pay. This simply means a better shopping experience for you.

    Klarna gives you the chance to shop now and pay later. Simply select 'Klarna' at checkout!

    With Klarna, all orders are shipped immediately! Only pay for the items you keep. Pay 30 days after it is shipped. No interest, no costs! (If paid within 30 days)

    Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email from Klarna with payment instructions within 2 days. You then have 30 days to pay without extra costs.

    Klarna can make so-called undocumented requests (or soft credit searches) that are only visible to the user and Klarna, but not visible to other credit institutions.

    What happens if I pay late?
    Klarna does not charge any fees for using Pay Later. If you have not yet paid Klarna by the payment deadline specified in the payment instructions, a first reminder will be sent free of charge by e-mail with a new payment term of 10 days. With the second reminder, Klarna will charge a €13.50 reminder fee. For purchases under €20, a €7.50 reminder fee will be charged.

    If payment is not made, these costs for amounts up to € 2,500 can rise to 15% of the invoice amount, with a minimum of € 40.

    How do I get my Invoice?
    When you choose to pay after purchase, you will receive an email from Klarna with payment instructions and a payment link. Simply enter your invoice number on the payment page and follow the further instructions. Don't have your invoice number to hand? Please contact Klarna's Customer Service team. here

    What data is needed?
    If you want to order with Klarna, you need to provide your mobile number and your email address. The mobile phone number is required in case we need to contact you. All invoices will only be sent to your email address. It is very important to provide the correct personal details as you may not receive the payment information and you will be liable for any delayed payments and charges.

    How does the payment page work?
    Log in with your invoice number, which you received by e-mail, and the e-mail address you entered during the ordering process. Don't have the invoice number to hand? Please contact Klarna's Customer Service team. here.

    I have not received an E-mail with the invoice and/or payment information?

    Can I postpone my expiration date?
    You have 14 days to pay your invoice or the option to pause the invoice for free for ten days. If you want to pause the invoice for 30 days, you can do so for a payment that is between €0.40 and €1.90.

    Has my payment been received?
    After we receive your payment, Klarna will send a confirmation to the email address you provided. Isn't this the case? Please contact Klarna's Customer Service team. here Please have your proof of payment to hand.

    What should I do if I want to cancel my order?

    I canceled my order. How long will it take before I receive my refund?
    As soon as we have processed your cancellation, you will receive the amount back within 30 days in the same way as you paid.

    What happens to my invoice when I have returned items?
    When we have (partially) received your return, we will send you an update of your invoice. Have you returned your order in full? Then your outstanding invoice will be closed.

    I have received an invoice, but the goods have not yet arrived?
    You do not have to make the payment if you have not yet received the order. We recommend that you contact our Customer Care team to request an update. In addition, contact Klarna's Customer Service Team so that they can postpone the payment due date.

    How do I receive my refund?
    The amount will be refunded in the same way you paid.
