    Terms and conditions

    The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer on the Adifah website or on the mobile website.

     

    By using www.adifah.com and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms below. Please make sure you have read and understood the terms and conditions before placing your order.

     

    Only persons of 18 years or older, who are not under guardianship and not acting in the capacity of company, with a delivery address can place an order. Orders paid with iDEAL, Klarna, PayPal, Visa, Credit card, Bancontact, KBC/CBC, Sofort and Bank transfercan be placed from the age of 16. 


    The fact that products or services are offered on www.adifah.com at all times does not guarantee that these products or services will be available at all times. We reserve the right to withdraw products at any time.

     

        1. Prices and shipping costs: The prices on adifah.com include the statutory VAT. Printing and typing errors, subject to change.

     

        1. Order / conclude contract: You can order via www.adifah.com. If you have registered your e-mail address, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail after placing an order. If we are unable to deliver your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. If the order has already been paid for, we will try to refund the payment via the payment method you used. If the refund needs to be made by other means, Adifah will notify you and ask you to contact customer service who will handle the refund.

     

        1. Delivery: Adifah takes the utmost care when registering and processing orders and aims to deliver your orders to a residential address or collection point, in accordance with your chosen delivery method. Your first order will always be delivered to your home address.

     

    Adifahstrives to process orders as quickly as possible and in order of arrival. We aim to deliver within 2 to 5 working days of confirmation of an order, unless otherwise agreed. While we strive to deliver within the stated time frame, delays may occur due to unexpected events. If the delivery does not take place within 30 days, you can cancel the order. If you have registered your e-mail address, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail after placing an order with the expected delivery time.

    If your order does not arrive on the scheduled date, please contact us.

     

        1. You can cancel or return your order from the date you placed the order up to 14 days after receipt of the ordered items. If the items have been charged to you, you will receive a refund. If you want to keep certain items and cancel only part of the order. Visit adifah.com for our full return policy.

    Return the items within 14 days. We will try to refund the money as soon as possible in the same way you paid, no later than 14 days after receipt of your cancellation, provided we have received the items, or proof that the items have been returned. If you give your consent, another payment method may be used for the refund. In any case, this does not entail any additional costs. If an item received is defective, please notify Adifah immediately and return the item. All products registered as defective will be fully reimbursed by Adifah. The provisions of these terms and conditions do not limit any legal rights.

     

        1. Returns: Adifah guarantees a full refund on the returned items, provided that all items are returned in the condition they were in. This means that the items must not be damaged, soiled, washed, modified or worn (other than trying on the item) and that labels or price tags have not been removed. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. Consult the website of your carrier (mail order company) for the exact rates.

    Exchange product?

    Do you want to exchange your product? That's no problem at all. You can contact info@adifah.com for this. You do, however, bear the costs for returning the product.

     

        1. Payment methods: You can pay for your items in several ways. You can fill in your payment details when ordering using a valid credit card (with VISA or Mastercard logo). The relevant amount will be immediately reserved on your credit/debit card and will be debited until the goods have been dispatched. Adifah reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit / debit card, as well as the credit limit in relation to the order amount and whether the address details of the buyer are correct. Based on these checks, we can refuse an order. Ideally during the ordering process, you will be directed to your bank to complete the payment. You have the option to pay via iDeal, Paypal and Bancontact if you use internet banking. Your payment will be debited directly from your account.

     

        1. Our Liability: These terms do not limit or exclude Adifah's liability in matters which cannot limit or exclude our legal liability. Adifah is not responsible for indirect losses which are incidental to the original loss or damage, such as loss of profit or loss of opportunity, or non-delivery of goods or breach of any other obligation under these terms, if such omission the result of events beyond our control, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, storm, insurrection, political unrest, war, nuclear accident and terrorist activity. Our total liability to you for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your order on www.adifah.com is limited to the total amount of your order.

     

        1. Colors and Dimensions: We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent the properties of our products, including composition and colours. The color you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will display these colors correctly.

    The dimensions of the articles on www.adifah.com are guidelines only. They are intended to give you an idea of ​​the model or fit of that particular item and do not guarantee the actual measurements of the item you will receive. The final dimensions of an item may vary depending on the material used for production.

     

        1. Warranty: If the items you purchased are defective, Adifah will fully comply with the legal warranty conditions. If you have a complaint due to obvious material or manufacturing defects in respect of goods supplied by us, including transport damage, you may notify us by immediately returning the goods.

     

        1. Immunity: If any part of these terms is declared invalid or voided by a court or legislature, the remaining terms will survive.

     

        1. Complaints: It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by emailing info@adifah.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.

    Ons team heeft 1-2 werkdagen nodig om je volledige bestelling in te pakken en te verzenden. Voor grotere artikelen vragen we u 3-4 werkdagen te rekenen. Bestellingen die op vrijdag na 13:00 uur EST worden geplaatst — of in het weekend — worden de volgende werkdag verzonden.

    We verzenden internationaal, maar vanwege de grootte van sommige producten kunnen er verzendbeperkingen gelden voor deze artikelen.
