    Are the products sold on Adifah original?
    The products sold on ADIFAH are all 100% original, purchased directly from the official distributors. These personally verify the authenticity and origin of each product.

    What payment methods does Adifah accept?
    We want to make it as easy as possible for you to complete an order with us. To pay on ww.adifah.com you can use:
    - iDeal / Bancontact
    With iDeal, Bancontact or KBC/CBC bank you can pay online via the trusted online payment environment of your own bank.
    - Credit card
    You can pay with American Express MasterCard, VISA. We work with a deferred credit card payment. The amount will only be debited when your order is delivered. My credit card is not accepted, what can I do?
    That's annoying. We are happy to help you.
    1. It's best to call your credit card company to find out what's going wrong. Often they can see that right away!
    2. According to them, is there nothing wrong? Then something goes wrong with us. Please delete your cookies try to place the order again or use a different browser or device.

      - Paypal
      PayPal is a worldwide online payment system used by individuals and online stores. Link your bank account or credit card and pay with your PayPal account in a few clicks.
        
      Payment and delivery
      Who delivers my package? To deliver your package as quickly as possible, this will be done with DHL, Bpost (Belgium) or FedEx.
       
      What is the status of my order?
      We're glad you placed an order with us! The next working day after your order you will receive an e-mail from us with Track & Trace information. With this information you can track your package.
       
      Can I cancel / change my order?
      In order to be able to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we will immediately start working on it! So there is only a very short time frame in which you can cancel/change your order.
      Did you place your order less than fifteen minutes ago? Please feel free to contact our customer service. We will then see if we can still cancel / change the order.
       
      I received my order damaged / dirty. What now?
      That may not happen! We are happy to discuss the possibilities with you. Please feel free to contact our customer service. Then we look for a good solution together.
       
      I made a mistake in my address details. Can I still adjust this?
      Did you make a mistake? Can happen! Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can help you adjust your address details. However, once your order has been shipped, unfortunately there is nothing more we can do for you. Adifah is not responsible for these errors and cannot be held liable herein.


      My package was returned to Adifah. Can I still receive it?
      We are sorry that your order has been returned. If you still want your order, please contact our customer service. We will then get to work for you. If it doesn't work, you will of course get your money back.

      My Track & Trace information indicates that my package has been delivered, but I have not received anything. Where is my package?
      Thank you for placing an order with us! With the Track & Trace code you can see where your package has been delivered. If no collection point is indicated, it is possible that your package has been delivered to the neighbors. Do you have problems or do you have more questions about this? Please feel free to contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you.

      Exchange and return
      I have returned my order. When will I get my purchase amount back?
      Once we have received your package, we will do our best to refund the purchase amount as soon as possible. This takes up to 14 days, but is usually much faster! You will receive the purchase amount back in the same way as you paid. Return Form

      Your money not back after fourteen days?
      Please feel free to contact our customer service. Have your order number and proof of delivery of the return at hand.

      I have received a wrong item. How do I get the right item?
      Oops, something went wrong while packing. We are happy to solve this for you! Feel free to contact our customer service. Then we will help you immediately.
      You can return the wrong item to us free of charge. Once we have received the item, we will do our best to refund the shipping costs to you as soon as possible. This takes up to 14 days, but is usually much faster!

      What is your delivery time?
      Adifah strives to process orders as quickly as possible and in order of arrival. We aim to deliver within 2 to 5 working days after order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed. While we strive to deliver on time, unexpected events may cause delays. In the unlikely event that delivery is not made within 30 days, you can cancel the order.

      Ons team heeft 1-2 werkdagen nodig om je volledige bestelling in te pakken en te verzenden. Voor grotere artikelen vragen we u 3-4 werkdagen te rekenen. Bestellingen die op vrijdag na 13:00 uur EST worden geplaatst — of in het weekend — worden de volgende werkdag verzonden.

      We verzenden internationaal, maar vanwege de grootte van sommige producten kunnen er verzendbeperkingen gelden voor deze artikelen. Als je een speciale bestelling hebt die je bij ons wilt plaatsen, neem dan contact op met ons team en we kunnen ons best doen om het artikel naar de door jou gewenste locatie te verzenden!
